As part of a project dedicated to sustainability and cultural diversity, on 08.06.2026 Association “Triglav” organized a local workshop in Banja Luka entitled "Culture is Cool: Green Diversity (Eco-cultures)".

On Monday, June 8, 2026, in the beautiful surroundings of the House of Milanović, the "Triglav" Association organized a screening of the documentary film "100 years of Slovenian immigration to Slatina" by Dušan Tomažič.

The village of Pince Marof was founded 100 years ago. After World War I and the signing of the Rapallo Treaty, many Istrians and Primorska inhabitants left their homes fleeing the oncoming fascism and settled permanently along the Mura River, in the far north-east of Slovenia, in what is now the municipality of Lendava.

On Thursday, June 4, 2026, at the end of the school year, we hosted the famous Slovenian author Boštjan Gorenc - Pižama at the Milanović House.

From Thursday, May 28 to Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Slovenian language classes in Banja Luka and Slatina, various workshops were held related to World Bee Day, which is celebrated every year on May 20.

The Association of Slovenians of the RS "Triglav" and the MePZ "Davorin Jenko" received an invitation to participate in a wonderful event at the "Semberija" Cultural Center in Bijeljina, on May 29, 2026.

A gathering of students of Slovenian language classes was organised on Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, 2026, by the Association of Slovenians Lipa Prijedor.

A nine-member delegation of the Association of Slovenians of the Republika Srpska "Triglav" Banja Luka participated in a two-day conference held as part of the EU project "EUNITY - European United Cities Creating and Nurturing the Desired European Future", which was held from 18 to 20 May 2026 in the picturesque towns of Kastoria and Siatisti, in northern Greece, in the province of Western Macedonia.

Exactly three years ago, a graft from the world's oldest city grapevine was planted in the Botanical Garden of the Institute for Genetic Resources in Banja Luka.

As part of the Banja Luka Spring 2026 event, and on the occasion of the City Day, on April 22, a concert of national minority choirs and folklore ensembles entitled Spring with National Minorities was held at the Youth Center in Banja Luka.
